Multiple times, Kelli went into tiny crawlspaces to see the condition (this can be SO expensive), reached out to contractors to help me understand costs of repair before I put in an offer on a house, and helped me build offers that made sense for the market so I didnt feel like I was leaving money on the table. She went above and beyond to advocate for me to get the house I wanted while still negotiating off the asking price AND for seller credits and repairs. I genuinely feel at ease in my home -which seems like a rare feeling in todays market- I felt like I was walking into homeownership with clear expectations and that we did due diligence on the home. We honestly stumbled into working with Kelli because as total real estate novices we reached out to the selling agent for a house we were interested in. What a lucky mistake! As our buyers agent, Kelli acted as a true fiduciary for us, advocating for us the entire time, even when it would have been easier and potentially profitable not to. She even went to bat for us on an home warranty issue after the transaction. When youre buying or selling a home, you want to work with someone ethical, and she has fully proven herself in that area. Working with Alan on the sale of our home in Benson, NC, proved to be such a pleasant experience that my husband and I are both so happy to write this review.
