While that property did not become ours (first contract written), Kelli stuck with us through MANY viewings and 3 more contracts in a very crazy and highly competitive marketplace. Her knowledge of a very wide area was extensive and she could speak with understanding about the various locations that might be desirable and, also, those we might want to avoid. She hung in there with us as we finalized our accepted offer and then the numerous trips during due diligence for all the various trades to come through for inspections. THEN, she hung in there with us for the contractors coming to do measurements and inspections to provide estimates for our desired changes prior to closing. We had such a great experience with Kelli the first time around, we knew we wanted her as our realtor again. Right away Kelli knew what kind of house we we were looking for and made sure she was available anytime to fit our crazy schedules. Kelli worked hard to find us beautiful home in Fuquay Varina, exactly where we wanted to be, and we put an offer in the first day it was on the market. When we had the house inspected and found a couple issues, she got us the money from the buyer that we asked for to make these improvements. She recommended the mortgage company she uses on a lot of her sales, and he was so great for us first time home buyers. An issue I had with a previous real estate agent was that he basically tried to tell me what I wanted vs. what I said I wanted. Kelli worked with us based on what we wanted and did not try to push more expensive homes on us. She went to bat for us a number of times once we settled on a house and helped us negotiate an add-in or two at no cost to us. As a first time home buyer, I was more than happy and would recommend her again as she made the process very painless and responded, day or night, to every question and/or concern we had. In 5-7 years, if we decide to sell, we'll be checking with her first to see if she's still in the game.
