I moved our of my home in August because of a wonderful new job in West Virginia. I did not want to have the hassle of buyers traipsing through my home before I moved. So I pretty much moved out and left the home empty.Ally went above and beyond the call of duty by liaising with the painter, carpet cleaner, the handyman, and my property manager (my next door neighbor who was paid for each hour that he did something). She even staged some parts of the house, such as the entrance. It was only three weeks before the house was ready for listing.There were five offers on the house in the first week and the rest of the selling process went as smoothly as can be expected. Seven weeks after moving out I had a check-in-hand for the sales proceeds.I have no hesitation in recommending Ally. This was the quickest sale and the most liaising work ever by an agent. As a final note I suggest giving any agent only a short exclusive period (as in four months). Also pay the full 3+3 percent. More people will be shown your home.
