When I was trying to figure out who would represent myself and my beautiful home in an accurate, fair, and professional manner the decision was easy...Susan Ebling. Our home had been on and off the market a few times and not sold. To my husband and I, the home was beautiful. To the buyers, I am aware it had some flaws. Susan was straight to the point about the expectations and realistic from the beginning about her projected outcomes. Susan oozes with confidence and the ability to do her job better than anyone in the business. I love that in a business person. Susan is the best realtor you'll find and is such a pleasure to work with! I contacted Susan to let her know that I was interested in moving from my condo to a house, but it had to be the 'perfect house' in regard to it's features and location for me to make the move. That is EXACTLY what she found! It took a few months for my perfect place to surface, but Susan diligently kept in touch, keeping me updated on the housing market and of houses that were being listed. The day my new house went on the market she contacted me and said, "We found your house." Then, we were off for a showing and the contract was promptly written. Next... a dreaded bidding war! Uggg! Although I completely anticipated this would happen, this bidding war was somewhat unique... and I wanted this house!! Just as I was about to fully panic, Susan quickly calmed me and told me of her creative plan for this quirky circumstance. The house is now mine - thanks to Susan!! Susan is absolutely amazing to work with! She is knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional, and patient. She knew exactly what I was looking for and really knows what she is doing. Next step...sell my condo. I'm not at all concerned... easy peasy - Susan's got this!! She's a Rockstar!!
