Jeff has been incredibly helpful in our home buying process. We are first time home buyers and Jeff assisted us through the whole process. Jeff came and looked our house over from top to bottom, inside and out. Then he and his business partner Joel did a fair evaluation based on similar properties in our area. After reviewing that with us, we came to a mutual understanding of what we wanted to list our house at. They were very accommodating. We signed off on the paperwork and they were at our call 24/7 if necessary to insure a smooth selling process. Their honesty I telling us what we needed to do to enhance the value of our house prior to showing was refreshing. Once we depersonalized and dressed it up we were ready to list. He wrote up the selling description and allowed us final input. To our amazement and pleasure, his description brought instant success in listing. We listed at approximately 10 am on a Thursday. Within 5 minutes we had 3 appointments. Within a day we had 10 more. He and Joel and their team set up an open house for that Sunday. 25 groups came through with over 100 people. By Monday, we had accepted a bid. Jeff was available to guide us through this second phase of the selling process. Not a question went unanswered or responded to immediately. His follow up on research for us was quick and efficient. They were with us every step of the way right through closing.
