ZillowVERIFIED Jeff came and looked our house over from top to bottom, inside and out. Then he and his business partner Joel did a fair evaluation based on similar properties in our area. After reviewing that with us, we came to a mutual understanding of what we wanted to list our house at. They were very accommodating. We signed off on the paperwork and they were at our call 24/7 if necessary to insure a smooth selling process. Their honesty I telling us what we needed to do to enhance the value of our house prior to showing was refreshing. Once we depersonalized and dressed it up we were ready to list. He wrote up the selling description and allowed us final input. To our amazement and pleasure, his description brought instant success in listing. We listed at approximately 10 am on a Thursday. Within 5 minutes we had 3 appointments. Within a day we had 10 more. He and Joel and their team set up an open house for that Sunday. 25 groups came through with over 100 people. By Monday, we had accepted a bid. Jeff was available to guide us through this second phase of the selling process. Not a question went unanswered or responded to immediately. His follow up on research for us was quick and efficient. They were with us every step of the way right through closing. We could not have asked for a more dedicated professional who has a passion for seeing his clients achieve their ultimate goal. He held my hand through it all because he knew how hard it was for me to let go of my first home. I was quite impressed of Jeff's quick approach. My house sold in 8 weeks!! Jeff was very proactive in getting my house out there. He would have open houses every weekend and made sure all of our listings were updated and shined above the others. He was always available to me. Just a text, email and phone call away. His response time was awesome for a very impatient person like myself. Jeff is very personal and friendly. My kids loved him. He always made us feel at ease. Selling your home can be very personal but with Jeff the process turned out to be easy and I'll have to admit a little fun. ZillowVERIFIED My boyfriend and I were looking for an apartment so I was a realtor app to look at the options in the area I was looking for but the catch was that I have animals which made my search very limited in my area Jeff happened to be on of the listing agents for an apartment I was interested in and although the listing didn't allow me to bring my animals he was literally the only realtor who offered to help us find a place with my animals included . Every other realtor blew me off or would tell me no then hang up on me. Jeff was extremely helpful in our search . He delt with my thousands of questions even at weird hours I know he wasn't working but he was extremely prompt with his extensive knowledge and had plenty to share with us and ended up finding us an amazing apartment that we absolutely love! !!!
