Kona Organic Real Estate, The Agency Team Hawaii, brokered by eXp Realty

Maile did an outstanding job of answering all my questions and leading me in the right direction.. So happy to be working with her. I am looking forward to buying my house soon. I would totally recommend her . She is always available and super knowledgeable. She makes my life so much easier when it comes to all this business and an area that i am not familiar with.

Maile was kind and patient, helpful and wanted to make sure the needs of my grandparents were met when buying their home. We enjoyed our experience with her!

I recently had the pleasure of viewing a home where Maile Woodhall was the listing agent for the seller. While she was professionally representing her clients' interests, her demeanor was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we met, she was warm, cordial, and genuinely welcoming. She didn't just open the door; she provided a thoughtful and knowledgeable tour of the property. What impressed me most was her deep knowledge of the home's features, the neighborhood, and the local marketaEUR"she could answer every question with clarity and confidence. Despite her role as the seller's agent, she was incredibly fair and created a comfortable, no-pressure environment. Her professionalism and positive attitude were so refreshing that it fundamentally shifted my perspective. I left the viewing not only considering the house but absolutely convinced that I would want an agent of her caliber on my side when I buy. Maile is a true asset to her brokerage and the real estate profession. If you're looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, friendly, and tirelessly professional, look no further. I will undoubtedly be seeking her representation for my future home purchase.

Maile represented the seller for a property we viewed, and she was professional and helpful throughout our interaction. She was well prepared, knowledgeable about the property and local land considerations, and responsive to our questions. Because she stayed organized and on top of the logistics, the process was clear and easy to navigate. I would recommend Maile to anyone buying or selling a home or farm in Hawai?i.

Maile is a local Mamma, who grew up here on Hawaii Island. She was helping me look into different options as I was figuring out the logistics of buying property for my aEUR~ohana. I am brand-new to this process (of attempting to purchase a place to call home), so she has been super helpful in explaining different terminologies and helping me to know what steps are ahead, so that I know what I can plan for when I am ready to take that step. Mahalo nui Maile for your help!!!
