About Maile Woodhall
Maile Woodhall (pronounced Miley) was born and raised in Kona. She is a luxury real estate agent and listing agent who leads Kona Organic Real Estate and is part of The Agency Team Hawaii, brokered by eXp Realty. She represents sellers and buyers across Kona and West Hawaii. Maile is also the agent investors call to buy a working farm in Hawaii: Kona coffee farms, macadamia nut orchards, and diversified farms, from a family operation to a multimillion dollar agricultural business. Raised on a South Kona farm, with nearly two decades in agriculture and sustainability, she knows what to check before closing: water, agricultural zoning, farm dwelling rules, mills and equipment, and how the land has been farmed.
