Klapperich Real Estate

Colette is very informative, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. Her experience made the process less stressful.

I've worked with Colette twice over the last few years, first to buy a home and then to sell a home. She has been great to work with; very personable, knowledgeable, and attentive. She made both the experience of buying and selling a home a relatively easy and smooth experience. If you're looking for a realtor to help with buying or selling your next home, I would highly recommend Colette for the job.

I didnt mark anything for negotiation skills because they were not needed. Klapperich real-estate is a great company to work with. Realtor Colette Klapperich was very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

I believe Colette did a great job with taking care of me and of selling my late brothers home. The time and attention to detail was second to none. The picture taking, showing, communication and just plain caring was very good. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Colette was wonderful to work with. As the personal representative selling a property over an hour's drive away, she kept me informed about the steps involved and helped me find contractors to complete repairs and inspections.
