When we first met Silvia Kinkela she explained that her job is more service than sales. She provided us a thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Silvia would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems or issues and commenting on the quality of construction. She was patient as we traveled from South Florida to look at homes over several months. Silvia was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible, Silvia also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. Silvia helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price and were loving our new home. The best part about working with Silvia was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal.
