ZillowVERIFIED This was not going to be an easy sale - my parents home was put into a trust (Im the trustee). They both have dementia, which complicates matters even more. Amys team took on the sale knowing these issues in advance, and worked through them with us flawlessly. We received a solid offer within 10 days of listing the home. The price per square foot was 30% more than similar sales within the last couple of months. The icing on the cake? On the day of the closing, we were advised that my folks had inadvertently left several furniture items in the home. The new owners wanted it out asap. We dont live nearby, and couldnt get there in time. One of Amys staff-members offered to drive his personal vehicle to the house and deliver the items to my garage. It took him two trips. I expected to be billed for this but it turned out to be just another part of Amys stellar customer service. Her professionalism and enthusiasm is contagious, and her entire team reflects it. I wholeheartedly recommend Amy Moline and her staff if you need to sell (or buy) a home. It will be an enjoyable experience!
