Robby was patient with us as we viewed properties for over a year and a half. Always watching out for us by checking the attic and other things like an inspector would do. He let us know when the owner was asking to much for the property and when areas were not up to code. He was not only our realtor but a friend watching out for us. We could not have had a better experience with the process or a better realtor. Dont go check out a home without him. I truly believe he is the best realtor we have ever had and a great human being. He honestly would not have let us make a poor decision, he is that good.

Robby is a truly an exceptional agent. We felt when we were looking at homes with Robby that we were there more with a knowledgable friend than a real estate agent. While examining the house we were interested in, he would point out issues with the house which he noticed that would need to be addressed and through his expertise would also quickly estimate how much the given issue would cost to repair.
