ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our Olmsted Falls, OH condo with the help of Realtor, Robby Tagliarina. From the moment we contacted Robby to manage this sale, he was there for any questions and decision-making regarding how to go to market and what we should do to ensure our condo was saleable. Robby's expertise and knowledge of the area was beneficial in determining the right sale price and to manage our expectations. Once we agreed on a selling price, and signed the contract, Robby immediately got to work on getting the word out to his vast network of realtors and on-line marketplaces. There was really nothing that we had to do once we got the condo ready to sell. Robby never deviated from his focus on the sale of our home. One of the most important aspects of selling your house is knowing what is going on with prospective buyers. Robby keeps you apprised on any interest expressed on the property and when buyers visited the property aEUR" we received updates without asking. I didnt call Robby for updates aEUR" I knew that when he had an update aEUR" I would get feedback shortly thereafter. There is nothing worse than to have a prospective buyer visit your home and then not know the result. I believe we had an offer within 3-4 days. It happened so fast that under a week was impressive enough. It should be noted that with the first offer we received, the buyers changed their minds. HOWEVER, within a day or two we had another offer -- Robby didn't miss a beat! Closing occurred within a few weeks and Robby managed the process to the end. We were very pleased with absolutely everything about the transaction aEUR" he handled every aspect of the sale and all we needed to do was follow his directions on signing and closing. ZillowVERIFIED This was my first time buying a home and I am so happy Rob Tagliarina was our realtor. He was very patient and knowledgeable with the 100+ questions I asked him lol. He would even respond to my texts at 8pm while on his personal time. He also connected me with a lender who got me a much lower APR% on my mortgage too. When there was a house that me and my girlfriend were considering I would ask his opinion of it and he actually was honest about it. He never tried talking me into a purchase he did not think was a good deal. If the home was overpriced he would tell me. He also pointed out things I would not even have noticed on my own like How old the furnace is, if there was a cover-up of water damage in the basement, is the breaker box up to code and grounded as well as a bunch of other details. There were alot of requirements we wanted out first house to have and he only showed us properties that met our "must have" list including the price. I am very happy with the house I finally did get and I am glad I waited for this one VS some of the others I was considering before it. After the sale was complete and we did a final walk through he even gave us a nice card with some home depot giftcards inside which I would bet were out of his own pocket. He has already checked on us multiple times to see how things with the new place are going and told us that we could call him if we have any questions or need help with anything. Keep in mind that Rob made his commission over a month ago & most realtors probably would not care months after they were paid like he does. This is just one example of many when it comes to Rob's superb customer service skills and dedication to his clients. I highly suggest you give him a call if you want a awesome realtor who will go above and beyond for you. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Rob! We love our new home.
