We had a great experience working with Carolyn to buy our first home. Great communication. Showed us plenty of houses to look at. Zero complaints. Highly recommend!

Carolyn found the perfect property and quickly scheduled viewing. Carolyn?s knowledge and negotiation skills are exceptional . Carolyn kept me informed throughout entire process and I never had to wait on her assistance, she is quick to respond . One word to describe Carolyn , OUTSTANDING!

I recently worked with Carolyn and had an exceptional experience. As a first time home buyer, I lacked a lot of knowledge in the real estate world and Carolyn and her team made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous I wasn't going to be able to find something in my price range and Carolyn assured me that we will find the perfect place. Well, dreams do come true and I closed on my first property. The place is everything I ever envisioned and I am so grateful Carolyn was there for this whole process. I would highly recommend working with Carolyn, as she went above and beyond for me. Thank you!!!

Carolyn Carpenter was thorough, professional, and presented multiple scenarios for selling or renting the property. She definitely worked in the best interest of the client. She had a fast turn around time for all questions, even during off hours. She is very pleasant to work with as well. I highly recommend her services.

Carolyn promptly found possible tenants and had the home leased quickly. She is professional, competent and great to work with. I highly recommend Carolyn and her team.
