ZillowVERIFIED I recently worked with Carolyn and had an exceptional experience. As a first time home buyer, I lacked a lot of knowledge in the real estate world and Carolyn and her team made me feel very comfortable. I was very nervous I wasn't going to be able to find something in my price range and Carolyn assured me that we will find the perfect place. Well, dreams do come true and I closed on my first property. The place is everything I ever envisioned and I am so grateful Carolyn was there for this whole process. I would highly recommend working with Carolyn, as she went above and beyond for me. Thank you!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn Carpenter worked tirelessly on the sell of my house. She helped to line up certified electricians, plumbers and pool specialist for repairs and service. She held an open house every weekend until we got a firm contract. I could not have a better agent to sell my house.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn was great and so patient as we navigated through the home buying process. She offered excellent guidance and helped us stay focused on the the things that were most important to us. We have been in our new home for about 90 days now and are happier everyday with our final decision! I would recommend her to anyone for their home selling/buying needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn was my property manager on a very difficult rental property. I am an out of state landlord and my home had very difficult tenants and many issues. Carolyn took care of all of them to a point that I didnt have to stress about it. She went as far as to help with the eviction process. Once my tenants were out, I did not think there was any way I would be able to sell the house, but Carolyn got the house sold in 30 days. I highly recommend her for property management and or realtor

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn Carpenter is excellent, she gives great advice when purchasing a home. If you are looking to rent a home for yourself she will find you something that works for your family. If you are a landlord she will help you find excellent tenants. We have been working with her for at least 4 years. All the tenants she has found have kept the property in good standing and fulfill their lease, as well as pay regularly.

ZillowVERIFIED Key Cornerstone Realty brokered by Carolyn Carpenter, handled 5 simultaneous transactions for us. 4 sales and 1 purchase -- all of which closed within a 2 day time-frame. We were very impressed with the professionalism, perseverance and continual support we received. This was an extremely difficult effort which we asked of them; and they flawlessly executed everything we needed to achieve success. This is a highly recommended organization. We would not be in the position we are in today, if not for the determination, leadership and support of Key Cornerstone Realty brokered by Carolyn Carpenter. Many thanks.

ZillowVERIFIED Carolyn was very efficient at helping me sell my house. She coordinated getting what I needed to get fixed on the house to put it in a position where someone would want to buy it, and I sold it..... Fast and at a fair price. Would definitely recommend if you need a very knowledgeable and proactive agent for your renting or selling/needs. Thanks!
