My house went under contract in less than 48 hours after we listed it, and we were able to sell it for nearly $100,000 more than I currently owed on the house. I even was able to go on vacation for a week during the entire process of selling the house, and she took care of everything for me while I was out and kept me connected to everything I needed to be doing. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor.
