It's long overdue we write a review for Keri. Keri has helped us find multiple properties in Denver over the span of more than a decade. Most recently, she found the house we closed on yesterday -- a gem of a property she helped us win against multiple competing offers. Keri knows the market in and out, and perhaps more importantly, she deeply understands (and cares about) her clients' needs. I have always appreciated her candor about the pros and cons of various homes and locales -- it's easy to get emotionally involved in the homebuying process, and she's always helped us gain a more balanced view and ultimately find the right fit. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend (and have recommended!) Keri to anyone looking for a home. She's become a friend over the years and has been such an invaluable resource in navigating the challenging Denver market.
Keri went above and beyond in helping our family sell our dad's condo during a difficult time. The property needed a lot of updates, and the market was tough, but she handled every challenge with professionalism, care, and dedication. Her attention to detail and unwavering support made the entire process so much smoother for us. She was always available to answer questions and offered valuable guidance every step of the way. Thanks to her hard work, we were able to get the condo sold in a challenging market, and we couldn't be more grateful. We 100% recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home or condo. She is truly outstanding!
ZillowVERIFIEDNo one could have a better experience as a home buyer than i had with Keri Duffy and Kentwood. I utterly lucked out. She worked tirelessly and expertly to smooth the road for us. She was knowledgeable and, given her long experience, wise in her advice. She consistently went above and beyond my hopes. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen selling my house this summer - 2015, Keri Duffy by far was the best choice I could have made for a realtor. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area, comparable prices of homes for sale, all the necessary deadlines, steps, and paperwork that we needed to complete. My house went under contract in less than 48 hours after we listed it, and we were able to sell it for nearly $100,000 more than I currently owed on the house. I even was able to go on vacation for a week during the entire process of selling the house, and she took care of everything for me while I was out and kept me connected to everything I needed to be doing. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor.
ZillowVERIFIEDI feel so fortunate that we had Keri on our team during our lengthy process of buying our first home. In an incredibly tough market for buyers, Keri was both committed to our needs and creative and resourceful in finding options for us (5+ starts for local knowledge.) She introduced us (first-time buyers and relative newcomers to Denver) to wonderfully high-quality professionals but never pressured us to use her contacts. She was always gracious, accessible, and utterly reliable in her follow-through; I would give her more stars for responsiveness if I could! I deeply appreciate how unfazed and masterfully helpful she was in high-pressure situations of extremely limited time (5+ stars for process expertise and negotiation skills, which were crucial.) In the end, I believe that Keri deserves the lions share of the credit for helping us reach our happy ending of buying our own home! I wholeheartedly recommend her.
ZillowVERIFIEDKeri made the selling and moving process seamless for our family. She was very professional, yet accessible throughout the entire process and really worked with accommodating our busy schedules. Keri was knowledgeable about the local market and provided great insight in preparing our house for sale. I would highly recommend Keri Duffy!
ZillowVERIFIEDKeri was fantastic to work with. As first time buyers she made sure we knew what was going on during the entire process. She was very aware of the features we wanted from our future home and made sure we didnt waste our time looking at places without our must haves. We plan on working with Keri again and would highly recommend her to anyone in the Denver area.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs a young first time home buyer, Keri really went above and beyond to meet my needs. She was extremely proactive demonstrating her wealth of knowledge and experience from start to finish. Even after a year of being in my home, Keri still keeps me up to date on market trends in and around my neighboorhod and the industry in general. I couldn't imagine a better experience.
