Chris honestly felt like a God send after dealing with several real estate agents who's experience was not a pleasant one. Not because they weren't good people, but rather, because they lacked the experience, knowledge and skillsets that we desired.My business partner equally as frustrated hopped on Zillow and stumbled into Chris. Right away Chris was quick to meet him at two different properties offering advice as to why this or that property would not be a good investment. Chris is quick on his feet with negotiations and saved us $5000 dollars by bidding a lower offer which surprisingly was accepted. Christopher was recommended to me by my dad when I needed to purchase a new home in Philadelphia. At the time, my marital home was going on the market in a different state. Because of this, I needed something rather quickly with two young children.When Christopher and I first met, we were supposed to look at a home in the Fairmount area. By the time I arrived (an hour after our agreed meetup time) I was completely embarrassed because I had him waiting, my anxiety was at an all-time high after dealing with three pockets of traffic, and to make matters worse the "house" that I requested to see was not what I expected (in a bad way). At that moment, I broke down in tears after telling Christopher I don't even want to go into the property. Pretty-much, 'I'm done'. We shook hands and walked away. I thought Christopher left (I couldn't blame him). No! He actually stood across the street (probably shocked at what just happened but wanting to ensure I was okay) and waited until drove off.Later that evening, Christopher sent a message checking up on me to ensure I was okay. I honestly thought I would never hear from him again after I provided such a horrible experience. He said some kind words reassuring me that "everyone has those days" and we moved on...actually very quickly. Within two weeks we made an offer on the perfect home for myself and my children! This was after visiting several homes where I contacted him last minute to get us in! He always made himself available. If not at that moment, some time later that day. Also, Christopher knows the city like the back of his hand! Ridiculous knowledge about the up-and-coming areas of Philly, which areas may be good neighborhoods for children, and etc...Christopher is truly a professional, empathetic realtor angel sent from Realtor Heaven. I could not imagine working with anyone else when I purchase my next property. I recommend Christopher 1000%. He is an absolute gem!
