Keller Willams Philly

We have experience with Chris as a buyers agent and sellers agent and recommend him highly for both. He always had our best interests in mind when making suggestions about repairs to make, questions to ask, how much to offer, and how much to list the property for. He is responsive, flexible, knowledgeable about the market, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use him again!

Chris did a great job representing my wife and I in both selling our home in the city and purchasing a new home in the Philadelphia suburbs. He has a deep knowledge of the area real estate market and was able to provide us with valuable insights on which neighborhoods met our criteria. Chris also has a lot of experience with home improvement and remodeling work and was able to add a ton of value for us by flagging issues in homes we toured and advising on projects (and their costs) we would have to consider. When it was time to negotiate, Chris had a great deal of past experience to draw from and was able to help us make the right moves to get a great deal. It was clear Chris cares deeply about his clients and always made time to answer our questions and talk through any issues we were having - no matter what time we reached out. I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends or use him again for a future real estate transaction.

Chris's expertise and experience in the housing market helped me have the confidence to make quick, proper, and competitive offers in this crazy market. He was able to point out problems in the houses we looked at as well as estimates of how much many things would cost so I did not have to feel like I was going in blind.

Chris is an excellent realtor. He helped us navigate our first home buying experience and was always patient in walking us through the process. Among many other things, he helped us understand what to look out for with structural problems in a home and how best to structure our bids. Long story short, he is a nice guy, easy to work with, and, most importantly, he knows his stuff. We couldn't recommend him highly enough and, if we are ever on the market again, he would be our first call.

Chris was a pleasure to work with and helped us find a wonderful home in the Philly suburbs! He was always available via call, text, or email to bounce ideas off of, and we set up regular showings until we found the right house for us. He did a fantastic job in the negotiation process in a competitive market, and we would strongly recommend him to any and all.
