Chris was born and raised in Philadelphia. Because of that, the members of the Hvostal Group continue to support the Philadelphia area and its surrounding counties such as Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester, as local experts with not only professional experience, but as lifelong residents of the areas they work in.
