If I could give zero stars I would. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional person. The sarcasm, disrespect for unique situations and family dynamics are just a couple of the unsavory characteristics of dealing with James. He is not relatable and certainly does not represent what he boasts in his bios or overviews. My advice is to steer clear.
