We had been looking in Livermore at properties for a month or two before we met Julia. Our agent at the time was amazing but was not 100% familiar with the Livermore real estate market, after missing out on a few homes we started considering going with someone in the area who knew the local agents and could guide us in the right direction to ensure we found what fit our needs and was best for us. We met Julia at an open house and ended up talking with her for 10 minutes or so about Livermore and the current market. Julia was very knowledgeable, never pressured us to work with her and made us feel extremely comfortable.
