She had a list of contractors and handymen to help with anything. We cleared the condo, flooring throughout was complete in 3 days followed by painting for 3 days. She had inspection and staging done as she took care of all the title prep and listing. She was amazing. We had offers during crazy 4th of July holiday. We had all cash offer well over asking and closed in 13 days. All this to support my Mom failing and us needing capital for her assisted living.
