Max has been in my contact list since 2017-ish. The fact is, I've had several agents maintain contact with me over the years by sending emails of market trends etc. I eventually deleted them all except Max. Max's professionalism but personable approach resonated with me. After 3 years of keeping in touch (not stalking) I hired him to sell my townhouse...right when the plandemic hit. Talk about obstacles; no open-house events allowed, the world shutting down, no showings allowed, people freaking out in general. It was uphill all the way. I don't need to tell you all the things that go into selling a property, you get to experience that for yourself. I'll just say he got things done. Each time there was a hiccup with the Home Owners Association (HOA), the buyer agent's lack of experience, the buyer's broker issues, inspections, etc. he handled them all. I'll just throw in a shout-out to his team as well. He has professionals all around him who also get things done. They were well orchestrated.I was never in the dark throughout the entire process. Good news, not so good news, and bad news. He kept me informed all the time. He called to give me status when there wasn't status to give just to make sure I knew there were no issues. When something came up he called to strategize and get my opinion. We had at least 2 back-up plans ready to implement when the buyer's ran into their own problems. If you're not a strategist like me, no problem, he has answers. Best of all, he respects your opinion and want to hear what you think.Thanks Max,Kroy Richardson

I have nothing but good things to say about Miranda. She helped me from the time I was thinking about putting my home on the market, to the day it was sold. From working as my general contractor liaison for repairs that needed to be done, communicating with my former property managers, explaining the need for a preemptive home inspection, all of her advice was dead on. We only actually had to meet one time in person, everything else was done via text and email communications, which made it much easier for me as I no longer live in the same city as the home we sold. She did a top notch job on staging making the condo look great, she even put little signs all over to point out the new touches, such as new floors and carpet, etc... We ended up with multiple offers very quickly, and ended up selling my home for well over listing price also very quickly. I wish her the best in her career going forward and will look to her again in the future when I am ready to reinvest in the real estate market.

I have worked with Miranda both in selling our house in San Jose and in buying our current home in SF. She is super easy to work with, very detailed oriented and does everything with her clients in mind. Selling San Jose - so I wanted to sell our property as soon as possible since we were already living in SF the time. But she expertly advised us to consider selling in Jan instead. So we let the holidays pass, then listed the home for sale the first 2 weeks of Jan. She also arranged for us to have the property staged and professionally photographed. Everything looked so great! I was really impressed by the outcome. She ended up getting us over 16 offers!!! And just sold our place $200k above listing!!!! It was incredible! Buying SF - we have been looking to buy something in the marina district of SF for well over a year. Finally a 2bd 2bth condo came on the market, immediately I texted Miranda, went to see the property ASAP and even before the seller could have the open house we submitted an offer. The seller's agent was hesitant in giving the offer to the owners he thought it was too low. But luckily Miranda was persistent and made the agent show the offer to the owners. And with out countering we got the property!!!! I know it's a competitive market out there but Miranda does what is best for her clients and will not let you pay more than what is necessary to get the place. I trust 100% and will continue to work with her on my next purchase!!!!
