We chose Kelly due to her local knowledge and seasoned experience in real estate. My wife and I were rookies in the sale of real estate. Kelly knew just exactly what to do when it came to pricing for our local market. She paid great attention to every detail and kept us informed during each step. Kelly knew of all the possible problems that could occur and was way out in front to make sure none of them happened. After the sale of our house Kelly did one last walk-through to make sure the house was ready for them. Kelly even helped us with the purchase of our new house by giving us advice and even contacting our purchasing agent to work on some seller issues. This saved us money in the purchase.
