ZillowVERIFIEDI started to write this detailed account of my turmoil of getting my Condo ready to sell and my interactions with Kelly in this process. I erased it and thought I would move to a more readers digest version. Here are some facts. I moved to another State before, ( by about 5 days), we were ready to list my condo! I left my place in Kellys most capable hands and didnt think twice about it. I spent a month or so painting fixing bathrooms, replacing doors, and getting new carpets. From my first conversation with Kelly I felt she was easy to work with and wouldnt lead you astray. Her first visit, the place was in shambles, she showed up prepared. She had comps, she had area information, and she was able to give me some suggestions on getting the place ready. Kelly, through the month and a half timeframe it took to complete my work, checked in to make sure we were still on the same page. She never pushed or annoyed! Time came I was ready to load up and head out, Kelly showed up to finalize our paperwork that allowed her to sell my place. She went through the paperwork carefully and thoroughly, she wanted to make sure I fully understood. I drive out knowing that I was in excellent hands! Kelly spent time, after I left, doing some touch up and clean up. She had a professional photographer come in, after she did some staging, plants etc, and the photos were amazing. She definitely added that extra sparkle, that would draw prospective buyers. The weekend after I drove out, Kelly had an open house, we got an above asking price offer that Monday. They wanted a 10 day close and Kelly made sure our side had all our paperwork in order. Here is my opinion! If you want to buy or sell a home, and Kelly is available to represent you, you would be crazy going with anyone else! Kelly earned, not just my respect, she also earned my trust.
ZillowVERIFIEDKelly Franco sold our beautiful 3200 sq ft Livermore, CA home 3.5 years ago (2013). After 25 years, with a severe and sudden life change, we needed to refurbish the house, sell and move within the shortest time possible. We appreciated Kellys frankness concerning what needed to be done to a well worn house in order to make a fast sell and at top dollar. With the assistance of her trusted consultants, contractors and own great sense of style, Kelly became the project manager for the remodel. We depended on her for every decision we had to make. She even went with the contractor to repeatedly pick out new granite, tile and appliances. Within apx 8 weeks she had the house on the market with the kitchen and bathrooms remodeled and the rest of the house beautifully updated and refurbished. After her first open house weekend, which included a realtor pre-showing of the property complete with barbecue (!) to help insure a great turnout, Kelly received 7 offers all over list price! Without Kellys hard work, we would have been selling below market value, instead we realized more than we ever imagined possible. When it came time a year later (2015) to sell an investment condo, even though we were now living three hrs out of the area, Kelly once again happily took over the transformation to put it on the market. This time the property was in very bad shape after the renters moved out. Kelly orchestrated the complete remodel of every room in the condo, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, windows, everything. She designed the project entirely herself and picked out all the materials keeping the prices on budget. The finished product was amazing. Once again the project was completed in record time and again she received multiple offers on the first weekend, selling it well over the list price. Today (2017) Kelly is once again in the process of overseeing the remodel of our final investment condo, preparing it for sale. Again, weve left her completely in charge of the design and decisions knowing it will turn out perfectly once again. We cant wait to see the final project. I keep telling Kelly we need to additionally pay her as the project manager but she wont hear of it. She tells me over and over that she loves doing this and appreciates the reward of a successful top dollar sale. I highly recommend her either as your listing or buying agent. She really knows her properties and is a very hard negotiator on either side of the transaction.
