There are many realtors, but Damian Costantino is one of a kind. And that's not an exaggeration. We've been in our home now for about 15 days and it feels like it took no time to get here. But to be honest, we met Damian nearly 3 years ago when we thought we were ready to buy a house. Boy did we have a lot to learn and Damian made sure we had every detail we needed. Over the last 33 months, Damian regularly sent us house listings via email which helped us to have realistic expectations as we watched the market fluctuate and frenzy. He invited us to real estate conferences for first time home buyers and linked us with other community resources. During the 2 years of the pandemic, Damian checked in on us and was understanding when we explained that we weren't quite ready yet due to various circumstances. Truthfully, we would have understood if he stopped reaching out or sending emails as we weren't what we would consider "active" clients/buyers. Let's be honest, time is money; however, Damian never treated us like a burden. He was always happy and ready to help us. But then, September 2021 came and we made the call. WE WERE READY! Damian was delighted, excited even, to hear from us. The first 2 weeks of the house hunt was a bit overwhelming considering the state of the housing market. When what we thought was our dream house fell through (on no fault of Damian, but the seller), we had a very transparent conversation about what we needed during the process and how much we trusted him with our biggest dream. Damian did not disappoint!!! It was October 14th at 9:31pm that our home came on the market; only 11 minutes before we saw it. Email sent straight to Damian at 9:43pm. We anxiously waited as we figured he'd be sleep; we had agreed not to be like everyone you see on HGTV calling their realtors in the middle of the night. We respected Damian and his family too much for that. But after our first disappointment, let's just say we were mid-text to his personal cell before Gmail dinged 7 minutes later. IT WAS DAMIAN! He secured our viewing at 0930 the very next day and we were putting in an aggressive offer within 13 hours of the listing. Because of Damian's knowledge, well known and positive reputation in the community, and efficient real estate team, I'm writing this review from our beautiful home Southwood. To top this off, Damian and his wonderful wife Johna treated us (and his other clients) to an amazing play to show us his appreciation 2 weeks prior to our closing. And Damian didn't stop there, he made it his priority to be at our closing where he advocated for us and ensured that every T was crossed, every I dotted. If we hadn't stumbled upon Damian three years ago at a random open house, I know we wouldn't be in our dream home right now. He has been such a blessing in our lives during this process. And this isn't just our opinion; Damian's peers constantly spoke so highly of him anytime we mentioned who our realtor was. Damian, we cannot thank you enough for all you have done for us. You helped us in ways we didn't know we needed and will forever be grateful for your commitment to our dreams.
