Keller Williams Seven Hills

Adrienne did an amazing job assisting with the sale of my home. She is very knowledgeable. Her communication was top tier. Overall..Excellent from start to finish.

Adrienne is a total delight to work with!! She is professional, extremely helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable of real estate!! She is completely passionate about her job and very compassionate dealing with our real estate dramas. I cannot recommend her enough and look forward to working with Adrienne in the future!!

She was very vital in making this happen. Very knowledgeable in her profession. Patient and very responsive and involved. She deserves 5000 Stars!

I've done 7 transactions with Adrienne so I know what I'm talking about. She's seriously thee best agent I've worked with. (Ive worked with different agents for 20 years) What I love most is her marketing strategy is really good. She doesn't just throw a listing up and hope for the best. She goes above and beyond in her marketing methods using brochures and strategically placed them in local businesses and her social media marketing is super clever and creative. On the Orchard Ave house, buyers were hung up on the backyard but she flipped the narrative and highlighted the front yard and the park nearby and She also recommended staging and it made a huge difference. The crazy part is her negotiation skills. She saved us 75k on a deal because she reached out directly to the seller who was overseas. Most agents wouldn't even attempt something like that. She's also really straightforward about the market and what will actually work. No sugarcoating. And she gives closing gifts at every transaction which is a nice touch no matter how big or small the deal is. If you want an agent who actually works hard and knows what they're doing, she's the one! I highly recommend her shes truly thee best in the business!

Working with Adrienne as my listing agent was such a delight. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Cincinnati real estate market and was able to get us an offer within less than a week! Adrienne communicated with me every step of the way and held my hand through the entire process. Adrienne cares about her clients and was very authentic during the entire listing and closing process. I highly encourage anyone looking to sell their home, to hire Adrienne as their listing agent!
