With our sell/buy in the rear view mirror, it plain to see that Brians knowledge of the market led us strong sale price (more than we would have known to price it at) which gave us plenty of recourses to accomplish the purchase of our new home in a market and area in which its quite difficult to find the right home. In this market, you have to be aggressive to get the home you want. And Brian was ready to view a home as soon as we found one we had interest in. When it mattered, Brian acted quickly. And when its all said in done, we got more for our house than we thought and we are in our new house for a good price.

Admittedly I don't normally leave feedback; frankly I don't typically have a strong conviction to do so. However, Brian Jackson did a phenomenal job, from beginning to end. His knowledge of the local market was/is unmatched, his negotiations were solely based on what was best for us (sellers), as well as, his mindfulness of our time was very appreciated, e.g. he was very responsive, accommodating, etc. I'd highly recommend Brian Jackson to anyone, for any Real Estate transaction; it will be as evident to you as it is/was for us how he separates himself from other agents particularly with his strong work ethic, excellent communication, etc.

Working With Brian on our first investment property, he was very knowledgeable on the process of buying and selling. He also appears to be very good at following market trends for both pricing and trending interior/exterior designs. Our first investment was a success...Thanks Brian!!
