Shianne and team are amazing, seriously. I first connected with Shianne in 2023 when I needed help selling a home in SF in a less desirable neighborhood. We had a different real estate agent, and all we were getting were low ball insulting offers. I found Shianne and she promised that within 3 weeks I would have an offer in my desired range and SHE DELIVERED! Yes, within 3 weeks after almost 4 months of no serious offers coming in! Then, in late 2024, I reached back out to Shianne for help buying a home with a few very niche requirements. We spent a few weeks thoroughly discussing what I wanted and bam, once again within a few weeks I had the perfect spot in escrow. I really cannot say enough good things about Shianne. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, always picks up the phone or texts back, goes out of her way to make sure everything is squared away, and I've never once felt pressured to increase my offer or just take an offer lower than I want to get the sale done. Hard to even describe how impressed I am. She was able to get my home sold in a couple weeks, over ask, no contingencies (even though I had tenants in there). She also went above and beyond, she personally cleaned the unit for showings when my tenant didnt, helped relocate my tenant, and was so friendly, responsive and attentive at all times.
