She also went above and beyond, she personally cleaned the unit for showings when my tenant didnt, helped relocate my tenant, and was so friendly, responsive and attentive at all times. ZillowVERIFIED Shianne and team are amazing, seriously. I first connected with Shianne in 2023 when I needed help selling a home in SF in a less desirable neighborhood. We had a different real estate agent, and all we were getting were low ball insulting offers. I found Shianne and she promised that within 3 weeks I would have an offer in my desired range and SHE DELIVERED! Yes, within 3 weeks after almost 4 months of no serious offers coming in! Then, in late 2024, I reached back out to Shianne for help buying a home with a few very niche requirements. We spent a few weeks thoroughly discussing what I wanted and bam, once again within a few weeks I had the perfect spot in escrow. I really cannot say enough good things about Shianne. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, always picks up the phone or texts back, goes out of her way to make sure everything is squared away, and I've never once felt pressured to increase my offer or just take an offer lower than I want to get the sale done. ZillowVERIFIED We came to a viewing on a Sunday just like Shianne organized after 1 hr commute. When we rang the door, tenants said that she never informed them about a viewing. She never answered our calls at the meeting point. Then she sent a message to us claiming that she didnt arrange this tour on Sunday, once we shared the screenshots of her messages she didnt respond and didnt acknowledge her mistake. I cannot imagine working an agent and trusting her with renting a unit who cannot even schedule appointments.

ZillowVERIFIED While I loved working with Shianne in the beginning, our negotiation over the security deposit and move out process has left a strong sense of distaste. Shianne tried to charge us for hundreds of dollars of unwarranted deductions, such as charging us $900 for minor paint scuff that was mostly present before moving in, as well as charging us for professional cleaning when the state of the apartment was in line with normal usage. Please be careful when working with Shianne to make sure she does not unfairly take away your deposit.

ZillowVERIFIED Shianne is the hardest working woman in real estate. I've used her services to rent my flat twice and both times she has persevered to find tenants under difficult situations. The first time around we had an issue with drug dealers pretending to be homeless persons in front of our doorway. It was a sporadic issue but was enough to scare away a lot of potential tenants. Shianne used her negotiating skills and persuasiveness to find tenants and cut a deal that made us all happy. Second time around the previous tenants had left the place in shambles. Shianne worked diligently to get everything fixed as quickly as possible, documenting everything to allow me to get money back from the security deposit. She also worked to save me money by scooping deals and her extensive network of connections to find trustworthy contractors with good rates. In both cases, Shianne earned every penny of her fee.
