Working with Phil Owen was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Selling a multimillion-dollar home requires expertise, strategy, and exceptional marketing, and Phil exceeded every expectation. From day one, he was professional, attentive, responsive, and completely dedicated to making sure our home stood out. The quality of the photography, videography, and overall marketing was absolutely top-notch. Every detail was handled with care, and it was clear that Phil was committed to presenting our home in the best possible light. Thanks to his expertise and marketing strategy, our home went under contract within just 30 days of hitting the market. Throughout the entire process, Phil consistently went above and beyond, keeping us informed, answering every question, and making what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless. If youre looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly invested in his clients success, I highly recommend Phil Owen. We wouldnt hesitate to work with him again and will absolutely be using him for any future home purchases or sales.

We are super satisfied with our experience! Chanin and Phil truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. The attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference. It is rare to find this level of care and professionalism these days. We were out of state and couldn't be there in person, so Chanin went to the builder to take detailed videos of the lot and model home for our new build. This extra effort gave us total peace of mind and made the entire process incredibly smooth. I highly recommend them, and we will certainly be returning clients!

Phil is hands down the best realtor Ive ever had. He has helped us buy and sell multiple houses over the past eight years. He is never in a hurry and fights to get us the best price, whether buying or selling. His knowledge of the local market is unparalleled. His steadfast wisdom, guidance and professionalism has helped anchor me during stressful, confusing home transactions. If you want the most competent and hardest working realtor available, you should choose Phil Owens.

To start off, I would like to say that Phil Owens has been nothing short of exceptional, and we cant even begin to express how pleased we are with his service. Phil is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market and by hiring him you gain access to all of that knowledge. We were very particular about what we wanted and Phil looked above and beyond to find it. He was exceptionally honest, which was something that was very essential to us. We had questions left and right about the process and certain costs and areas, and Phil always guided us in the right direction while being very respectful and polite. Throughout the entire process of buying our dream home, Phil was there to help us feel comfortable and informed. Any questions that came up he always answered quickly and professionally. When we went to tour the houses he always explained every detail to us and really made us feel like he was trying to find the absolute best for us, not just make a quick sale. We would recommend Phil to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is knowledgeable, honest, professional, hardworking, and overall the best realtor weve ever come across. Thank you Phil for making our dreams come true, it was an honor working with you.

We have bought and sold 10 houses over the years and Phil Owens was by far the best Realtor we have ever worked with.
