Our previous home is located 60 miles from our new location. Phil made that drive several times in order to sale our previous house. We looked at houses in the Dallas area over the past couple of years, putting in offers for four houses before we were successful in purchasing. This required a lot of paperwork and patience, and Phil worked with us/stood by our side through the entire process.
