Kathy went above and beyond to help us close the deal on the purchase of our fixer-upper country home. We went in a little blind but Kathy set us up with the mortgage team and home inspector and general contractor and all the other important contacts we needed. I do not normally write reviews, after working in customer service for years I have high expectations that few people meet. I had to write this review because I have never worked with a realtor that went so far above and beyond my expectations. WOW!!!! Kathy Bradley handled the sale of my aunt's house after she passed away. She patiently and professionally guided me and my mother who all lived in different states through the process. Since we were not local, she acted as the contact person and even personally ended up cleaning the house because we could not find anyone to do so in a timely manner. She made sure every detail was taken care of and was in constant communication with both of us throughout the process. I cannot thank her enough for helping us through a difficult time and making what we expected to be an impossible undertaking possible. You will not find a better agent!!
