ZillowVERIFIEDWe had to navigate a home sale in a market where the bottom dropped out due to economy not being great. Kathy's experience and dedication was the reason we were able to sell in such a tough market. Kathy brought in a team that assisted in marketing the home on several digital media platforms and provided market trend analysis so we would know where to set our pricing for optimal buyer interest. She even steered me away from a couple of bad decisions that I was actually considering in my attempts to sell faster. In a very stressy period of our lives, Kathy did an amazing job at keeping us focused on the best solutions. She will be my go to if and when I decide to buy or sell a home in the STL area. Thanks so much, Kathy!

ZillowVERIFIED We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We were selling in a tough seller's market, and Kathy navigated it with real skill aEUR" always keeping her eye on the outcome that mattered most to us: getting the best possible price. She was strategic, responsive, and never lost sight of our goals even as things got complicated. Thanks to her guidance, we maximized our sale and walked away thrilled with the result. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!

ZillowVERIFIED I do not normally write reviews, after working in customer service for years I have high expectations that few people meet. I had to write this review because I have never worked with a realtor that went so far above and beyond my expectations. WOW!!!! Kathy Bradley handled the sale of my aunt's house after she passed away. She patiently and professionally guided me and my mother who all lived in different states through the process. Since we were not local, she acted as the contact person and even personally ended up cleaning the house because we could not find anyone to do so in a timely manner. She made sure every detail was taken care of and was in constant communication with both of us throughout the process. I cannot thank her enough for helping us through a difficult time and making what we expected to be an impossible undertaking possible. You will not find a better agent!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy went above and beyond to help us close the deal on the purchase of our fixer-upper country home. We went in a little blind but Kathy set us up with the mortgage team and home inspector and general contractor and all the other important contacts we needed. She pressed hard for the seller to make the needed changes as part of the contract. She was definitely on our side and made the whole experience easier than we expected. Thanks so much!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy was an absolute pleasure to work with both for the purchase and sale of our home. She went out of the way to help us at every step of the process and I highly recommend her. She even went out to our house after we had moved away and were no longer in St Louis to help clean the garage that the buyer was complaining about.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy has been such an asset in purchasing our home!!! She connected us to a great team for our loan, home inspection and survey. She was so responsive, supportive, and knowledgeable. And she went above what we expected from a realtor (and we've tried working with quite a few others). She understood what we were looking for and went to bat for us finding answers to our many questions. We really feel blessed to have found her! Thank you, Kathy!!

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy was a wonderful agent and an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us through some difficult portions of our buying process and it may not have been possible without her knowledge and expertise. If you are in the market for a home, you will not be disappointed with Kathy.

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Kathy by our lender. For our first time purching a home, we were nervous, but Kathy made the process as comfortable and easy as possible. She went out of her way on several occasions to show us homes that we ended up not liking or putting an offer in on. Her research skills on the areas is really amazing. I would recommend using Kathy and we will use her again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy Bradley was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive and while she left the final decisions to us, but she was very good at offering suggestions and giving us guidance. She is also very detail-oriented and made sure we always knew how the process was going.

ZillowVERIFIED Kathy was so helpful. She got me in my new home faster then anticipated. Going through a divorce with a lot of issues Kathy guided me on a lot of issues, and would even talk with my lawyer to get paperwork and things I needed to get in here. She went way above her job description to make it happen. I would highly recommend Kathy.
