Vikas is a GREAT real estate agent. We have worked with a lot of agents over the years (our third home purchase) in different areas in NY, NJ, PA and CT. Vikas stands out. We met him after requesting to see a property we found online. His response was almost instantaneous and we went to tour the house. He pointed out the good at the property, but was candid and clear on the short falls we were noticing. In that first visit, he got a good understanding of what we needed and from there, our very next trip out, he lined us up to see a new construction that wasn't even on the market yet - it was undergoing finishing touches for a soft opening with agents a week later. We got in with Vikas, fell in love with the place and ended up buying it. Because of Vikas, we had our ducks in a row to make a strong offer the day it went on showing. He was also there with us every step of the closing process, clearly balancing what was reasonable in the situation with our best interests to get us to a good place. And he was available for what seemed like 24/7. I called him early in the morning and late at night, and if he didn't pick up (usually) then he called me back within 15-20 minutes. We closed on the house two days ago and are ready to start our new lives.
