I recently purchased a condo which I love with the help of Christina on my side throughout the whole process. She guided me from making an offer through closing with great honestly and knowledge. She even went as far and contacted the town hall to request the permit history and inspection record on my unit. She also helped put me in touch with the contacts on the condo board and property management company which was very helpful as I had questions along the way. Christina ultimately made me feel confident with my purchase and I've been living with no regrets. Before my condo offer I had made 2 other offers which weren't accepted but Christina helped me move forward and not give up on looking for properties. Throughout the search and process she was very communicative and responsive to my needs. Our experience with Christina and Patricia was excellent from start to finish. When we 1st put the house on the market they advised us of the best price for the house so we could strike balance between returning a very good value to us the sellers and also have many people look at the house and be able to sell it quickly. They also advised on the measures needed to make the house appealing, mostly decluttering of the house, to potential buyers. Their knowledge of the local market was excellent as was their marketing plan to get the house the most exposure and sell it quickly. Christina and Patricia kept in constant contact with us through the entire selling and closing process and even came to the house to be there for the town inspection when we could not be there. Christina and Patricia are excellent and have recommended them to several friends.

We worked with Christina for our home search. We found her extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented and pragmatic. We found her through an internet search. As first time home buyers and new to the area we were nervous and anxious at every step. The best quality about Christina was that she was always reachable. We purchased a home with Christina 2 months ago in New Providence, NJ and we can say we had a great experience working with her. She went above and beyond to help us with the entire process, which can be really stressful sometimes. Some of her main qualities are: hardworking, honest, kind, patient knows the area really well and above all, we always felt we could trust her entirely. Before the purchase: She helped us tremendously trying to find the best home that fit all our needs, being very flexible with appointments and last minute requests. She would even watch and entertain our 2-year old while we could peacefully look at the home. She was very patient and never pressured us in terms of making a purchase decision, and was always honest about the pros and cons of each house we thought about buying. When we had questions that she didn?t know the answer right way, she would search for the answers promptly and send us replies with the additional information/documentation even late at night or on weekends. During the purchase: When we finally found THE home, Christina helped us understanding the entire purchase process (we were first time buyers), recommended a great attorney for the closing and helped us with things that were not her responsibility at all in order to make the closing possible. We had lots of inspections done in the house before the closing and she was always available and even helped us with some scheduling issues. We really feel that if it wasn?t for her help, we wouldn?t have bought our home. After the purchase: As a result of the inspections, we had to do some significant renovations, which were included in the closing negotiations. Christina recommended great contractors to do the quotes we needed for the closing. We quoted other contractors and her recommendations always came up with the best quotes. We ended up using the same contractors in our renovations and it went pretty smoothly. Therefore we also owe Christina being able to finish our renovations on budget and on time for our move. We are very happy with our purchase and we highly recommend Christina to anyone buying a home in the area.

Working with Christina was an absolute pleasure and she was the calming and driving force through our entire search and home purchase process. Christina goes the extra mile that is really hard to find in other realtors. She wouldn't just provide info on the house but she would find out all of the details about the neighborhood, street, history and even speak to other people who live on the street to find out the inside scoop! When it was time to actually make a deal on a house we leaned heavily on Christina and she took care of everything. She navigated us through every step and was so well connected that she was able to help move the entire process forward when we hit a roadblock.
