My husband and I lived in Colorado and were ready for a change. After lots of research on our own, we settled on Utah. Lance came highly recommended to us. He immediately added us to his listing notifications. We planned on purchasing a previously owned home, but ended up buying a brand new home that wasn't built yet. From the start of that process, Lance was always there to help guide us along. Never having done this before, it was stressful, but trying to do it while living out of state made it even worse. Lance and his team were always willing to help with questions we had about the process, as well as addressing issues with the build. They also kept us updated on the builders timeline and possible delays. When the builder put the wrong roof on our home, Lance stepped in and handled that for us in a matter of hours. Not only was Lance able to help us with purchasing our new build, he was also able to put us in contact with a realtor in Colorado to help with the sale of our home there. She was fantastic and we have Lance to thank for that. I was ready to just call anyone, but Lance helped provide us with someone was that able to get us 5 over asking offers within 24 hours of our home going on the market.
