ZillowVERIFIED This was the best choice ever to go with Langston-Shaw Realty. Nate was able to solve and answer questions that I would have never thought or known the answers to. Our property was listed for only a week when the first offer was made. The entire sale was completed in a month after a couple of offers were rejected and accepted. Our representative saved us a load of frustration and headache because he represented us well and communicated with us almost daily. They also have an awesome software suit to use for handling offers and digitally signing documents that saved tons of time that would have been spent with FedEx and Notaries.

She was willing to contact the selling agent when we needed to get more information regarding the sellers plans and any other questions we might have. She was prompt at our meetings to see a house, even when we wanted to return. Loved the way we signed the many papers needing our signatures, so we didn't have to make any trips to the office. We appreciated her being there when we signed off on the mortgage, and her follow-up conversations we had regarding a warranty on the appliances and I am sure there were other issues I can't remember.
