Relocating from California we had no clue about the Reno/ Sparks real estate market. Joannes superior knowledge of the market and her complete understanding of the entire process was incredibly helpful. We knew we were in good hands.Initially we were very indecisive about many of the properties we viewed, but Joanne was extremely patient and gave us all the pros and potential cons for each of them. She has a rare instinctual ability to gauge whether you need a professional opinion and advice or if you just need time to think things over.
