Review As someone who has never sold a house before, I was thankful to find Heath Montgomery at KW Williams and his team. Heath and Jenna walked me through the process step by step and never missed a beat. They were honest and up front with me, which was something I truly appreciated. They assisted in selling my home making it as stress free and painless as possible. Their communication was stellar. I knew what the next step was because they kept me informed all the way through. Heath made sure he contacted me at least a couple times a week, sometimes everyday. He was available by text and email as well. Any questions I had, Heath responded promptly. My house was sold in a little over a month. He knows the Reno/Sparks market and his negotiation skills are unmatched. I cannot say enough about his integrity. His experience in real estate is top-notch. I promise you, there is no need to research any further. If you do not sign with Heath, you're making a huge mistake.

We had an excellent experience working with Heath. Heath went above and beyond selling our house. We needed to move fast and he had an aggressive campaign to sell our house at value. We moved out of state before the sale was final and we had some major issues (house flooded and insurance/contractors had to do the work to complete the repairs prior to the sale). Since we were out of state he had to do a lot of the heavy lifting and our repairs and sale have gone incredibly smoothly all things considered. We highly recommend Heath and his team!

We had just gone through a process of buying a house long distance and had an awful experience with realtors, home inspectors, appraisals, mortgage brokers, etc. When we went to sell our house, Heath was like a breath of fresh air. We were looking for someone who was going to help sell our home at top dollar and who had the experience to negotiate the offer for us. We were introduced to Heath by a good friend. Review This maybe due largely to the experience with the title company. However, when you make 17k+ on a transaction you would figure he would have made sure that all the paperwork was in order to close the house by the contract date, especially since I requested a date further out to accommodate a tenant we had in the location.When it came to a commission issue (which I had to pay back AFTER my escrow had closed and I had already received my funds for the sale) I was asked to refund 3100 because no one looked at the documents that were being given to me. I am located in another state which meant everything had to be mailed to me. The issue with his commission was not caught until after closing. Furthermore, the reason this is such a bad review is he knew I was having issue with the title company and their ability to manage the account and he allowed it to get so far along without stepping in and trying to make sure that things were correct. On the phone he was very reassuring, however, every issue I brought up to him remained an issue even after closing. He placed a lot of blame on the title company and said a lot that "this isn't the one I normally work with" but never actually got any of the issues resolved.I would not recommend him nor reliant title for anyone, nor will I ever use either of these businesses again.

Review I met Heath a year before I sold my house. I mentioned to him I would be selling my house in the future. He followed up with me and kept in contact without being pushy. When I was finally ready to sell my house, he came by, inspected the house and sat down with me for two hours explaining the process, the steps we would take and everything we needed to do.
