Joanne is consistent with her communications to you, always punctual, and always forthcoming about a property, a bid, and the locations you are viewing. We have worked with five different realtors in three different states, and I can easily say that Joanne Tiernan has been the hardest working and most responsive realtor with which weve worked. Additionally, she has a strong network of contacts and can easily recommend great home inspectors, craftsmen and contractors, insurance agents, and attorneys.Armed with strong negotiation skills and historical knowledge of the Reno and Sparks area, she will advise you of HOA requirements, neighborhood schools, and general neighborhood information.
