She took the time to explain things, talk through options, follow up on details, and make sure I understood what was happening and what needed to happen next. I have known Kim for many years, as she was actually one of my elementary school teachers, so having her represent me all these years later made the experience even more meaningful. But our personal connection aside, this experience gave me an entirely new appreciation for her professionally. Kim works hard for her clients. She communicates, follows through, pays attention to the details, and knows how to keep a transaction moving even when things become complicated. There were many things she handled behind the scenes that went well beyond what I expected, and I always felt confident that she was looking out for my best interests. Laurie was absolutely FABULOUS to work with. Not only did she help us find the perfect home, but she worked with us to find appropriate contractors/brokers/etc to make the process seamless. We felt very safe throughout a process that can often be unknown and scary. Laurie is a gem! We highly recommend using her for the purchase of your future home!

We had Charity Rash as our realtor. She was amazing from start to finish. She was a tough negotiater. Charity helped us with several aspects of the sale. She helped us with a handyman, clarified and understand local codes and was she was available to us as needed. I would whole heartily recommend Charity! 5 Stars!
