Keller Williams Realty - Santa Fe

Ben was a God send to my family. He knows how to treat his customers like the actually mean something. We called Ben day and night with questions and he was always there willing to roll his sleeves up and dive into the leg work that it takes to get our home sold. I truly appreciate his hard work and diligence. He made a nightmare we were going through a true dream come true. Thank you all from Tercero Realty.

We've worked many different realtors in Santa Fe, and the very best experience we had was with Brian and the wonderful Tercero team. Their work ethic, clarity, and conscientiousness put them in a class unto themselves. They got us a great deal, and made it as easy on us as possible. They are a wonderful group of people, who will advocate for you, while also cleaving to strong principles and fair dealing. I truly can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you, all!

Brian and The Tercero Agency exceeded my expectations in selling our family home. I appreciate all their help. Brian and his team did an excellent job. The marketing strategies, Brian's negotiation skills, and attention to detail made the process easier than anticipated. Brian was with us every step of the way, from the survey to the closing. We couldn't be happier we chose you to list our property and will surely use The Tercero Agency again. My husband and I will not hesitate to recommend you.

Benji is not just an incredibly knowledgeable and thoroughly professional realtor, he brings to the table a ton of emotional intelligence and empathy that helps him understand what s prospective buyer is looking for and guide them through the process from shortlisting properties to view, handholding clients through the due diligence process, price negotiations thru closing. We recognized this trait early in the process and he won not just our business but our trust. We started working with Benji several months before we finally closed on our property and he was patient and we never felt rushed and he was always eager to show us that next property that met our criteria and in so doing he earned not just our trust but also our friendship. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home in the greater Santa Fe area, to work with this exceptionally knowledgeable and resourceful realtor. Furthermore we'd trust Benji to help us sell our home when it is time for us to find that next property in a few years time .
