Keller Williams Realty Roseville

He was very communicative and very knowledgeable. He knew how close the house was to resources like the freeway, downtown, and my warehouse. Overall it was a stress free process and I would work with him on my next purchase.

Aaron was so easy and amazing to work with! He helped us through our first ever home purchase and made it easier than we ever thought it could be. Aaron was amazing and you'd be incredibly happy working with him!

Aaron was recommended to me as one of the best Real Estate Professionals in the Sacramento area. He did an outstanding Job! I also highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house. As a first-time home buyer and relatively new to the Sacramento area, I was both excited and overwhelmed by the process, but his experience made everything simple. From the very first meeting, he took time to explain everything, answered questions, and provided invaluable experience. Aaron's patience, attentiveness, honesty, and experience stood out to me. During the process he provided great options, pointed out details (of the houses and neighborhoods) that I had not considered, and always advised me based on my preferences and interests. He also provided excellent advise on making competitive offers and navigating negotiations. Ultimately, he helped me find my dream home at a great price! Aaron was also always quick to respond to questions, made himself available around my schedule, and would reach out to me when houses showed up on the market that aligned with my preferences. The whole process was extremely satisfying and I could not be happier. I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to buy a home. He appears to be extremely passionate about his work and went above and beyond my expectations. I am extremely grateful for everything he did for me. Thank you, Aaron!

We had a wonderful experience working with Aaron while buying our home in Roseville. He took the time to understand what we wanted, guided us through every step, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. He was flexible with our schedule, and open to meeting us on weekends since we were driving from our home a few hours away. He referred us to other professionals in the industry including the inspector, mortgage broker, etcaEUR"which made the process much easier. He was extremely helpful in the negotiations once we put our offer in, and helped us feel confident in securing our dream home. Thanks to his hard work and expertise, we found a home we absolutely love. We couldnt be happier with the experience and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.
