Aaron came over and visited with us and helped us review the market in our area, he showed us comps and what the other homes were sold for in our area. He is very knowledgeable of the market, extremely easy to work with, with no pressure at all. He listed our house on Tuesday, he and his team did a fantastic 360 virtual tour of our home, room by room very quickly and our house was on the market within a week, which reduced a need for constant showing of our home . By the following Friday, we had 4 offers with two above the price we had listed the house for, we ended up selling the house at $25K over the asking price in 45 days. ZillowVERIFIED I met Aaron when he had an open home on Broadway and 10th sometime in 2018. He gave me his business card and I contacted him when I was interested in a property near downtown at a new development. I was not certain whether I should buy or not and contacted Aaron to ask for his opinion. He took out his time to meet me and we thoroughly discussed the pros and cons. As a result of this discussion with him, I was convinced that this was a good investment for me. This developer doesn?t go through agents so for Aaron it was not a monetary gain at all. I put in a deposit and had trouble in obtaining finance through my own bankers and was about to give up on the idea. However, I once again reached out to Aaron for advice. He introduced me to his mortgage loan originator friend and I had my loan approved within weeks and am now in my new home. Aaron is customer focused and very professional. ZillowVERIFIED When my fiancA(C) and I decided to start looking for a house, we came across a home we liked and decided to call the number on the for sale sign. We got in contact with Suneet. Unfortunately we were informed that the house already had several offers. As first time home buyers we decided to keep looking as the house would have gone passed our budget. Suneet immediately offered to show us a home similar to the one we wanted. When we met, he showed the home and asked questions to satisfy our preferences. After the meeting, he connected us with Aaron Mitchell as our buyer specialist to help us find our new home. We were told that he was new on the team and that he would be a good fit as we are first time buyers. Immediately after talking with Aaron, we set a date for another house showing and to be able to meet and talk with Aaron. The first day we met with Aaron we knew that we were connected with the right person. Aaron made it very easy to set up times to look at homes as he worked with our schedules. We had no trouble getting him to show us homes on the weekends and after we got out of work. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw all the homes we wanted to see, he even put personal time in on Sunday evenings when everyone usually spends time with family. Overall, Aaron made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Communicated everything that came up immediately. He was always prepared and very knowledgeable of the areas and neighborhoods. He made the long and tiring process of driving all over town, fun. Always eager and happy to look at the next home. We loved the idea that he would quiz us after each home we saw. He would ask us to rank the home from 1-5. 1 being, "don't ever bring us back here again", and 5 being, "I don't want to see any other houses". He would also ask us what we liked about the house and what we didn't like. That made it easier for him to take some houses off the list, as he knew we would not like them. He was always present, as we never felt alone in the buying process. He was at the office waiting for us the day we were going to sign papers and close. Aaron made sure we kept some appliances in the house. He made sure the previous owners paid us rent as they required an additional 10 days to live there after we had closed. He even made sure the house was clean before we moved in. After we closed he brought us the keys and gave us nice keychains to go with them. He was happy to know that we were officially home owners. To our surprise, Aaron and Suneet told us that they wanted to help us throw a house warming party once we were ready. We will be planning that with them real soon! We are happy to say that we came into buying a house as business aquaintaces and came out as friends. (Aaron and Suneet both added my fiancA(C) and I as friends on Facebook lol) Thank you Aaron for all your help!
