Keller Williams Realty RGV

Working with Richard to sell my mothers home was one of the best experiences Ive encountered. He was very responsive and provided a weekly update on items to be addressed and those completed. I do not live near where the property was located and had complete confidence in Richard keeping an eye on the home and and its security. He had an ample supply of contacts to use in making repairs and made the arrangements to have the repairs completed. He provided good comps in arriving at a sales price and best options for marketing the home. It sold in less than 48 hours at the list price! Richards experience is outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home in the area.

Richard was the most professional and experience realtor I have ever have the pleasure to work with. He well informs and brings plenty of options & facts to help the negotiation process. I would recommend Richard without any hesitation.

He helped me sell my dad's home. Both of my parents died in different states in the same week and I was in shock. It was very hard to think and deal with selling the house. I did contact a person that does those investor sales but I did not know if this is someone I could trust. I felt better working with an agent who specializes in probate sales. He was very helpful and direct in his communication. He did not talk down to me or make me feel like I was dumb for not understanding real estate stuff. I have never bought nor sold a home before so this was very new to me. I really appreciate his help and am very glad I picked him to sell my deceased dad's home in Texas! He did things like change locks and help sell my dad's car etc which I was not sure how to from another state.

Richard did an outstanding job assisting me with the sale of my fourplex units in Edinburg. His expertise in the market's geographic area as instrumental in determining a competitive sale price. Richard was very involved in all aspects of the closing. He was friendly, responsive and provided weekly updates and always provided great advice.

Richard was not only available when we wanted to see a house. He was very attentive and always gave us stats on the different communities/properties with saw. He did not pressure us in anyway. He made suggestions that we considered and some we didn't. Richard went above and beyond with his professionalism. His 30 yrs of experience speaks for itself. Richard is a man of his word. Thank you sir!
