Dan responded quickly to any communication. He supported viewing any house I wanted and set up the appointment in a timely manner. In this market, he recommended many ideas in order to make sure we got the house when we put in the offer and what clauses to ask for to protect ourselves as well. We only had to put in one strong offer. He did a lot of work searching homes to recommend as well and has contacts outside of MLS to broaden the search.
