Being first time homebuyers, we were very intimidated and unsure of what we were doing. Loretta and her husband, Michael, took there time and explained the whole process to us...several times, LOL. They answered every question and always responded very quickly. We could not be happier with our home purchase and the Rossomondo Group made our first home buying experience wonderful! Loretta was very open and honest from the day I met her to sell my home. She cares a great deal for her clients and she is an expert at what she does. Loretta was never too busy to answer any questions I may have had and she kept me informed of everything that was going on with the sale of my home. If I wasn't buying my new home in a different state, she would have been my realtor for buying my new home. She's an excellent realtor and person, she will not disappoint if she's selected as your realtor. I had and still have total trust in her abilities because she cares!

Loretta was able to meet with us immediately and responded quickly and thoroughly to follow-up questions and needs we had. She proved highly capable to handle the sale long distance. We were able to accept an offer of $35,000 over our asking price and because of the 72SOLD Program we were able to keep more of our profits than with the traditional real estate process. Ours was a complicated sale in that three sisters were the recipients of our brother's estate upon his passing. One sister (that would be me) lived out of state further complicating things. Loretta, however, handled everything quite well and went as far as to set up a Zoom call with the three sisters so I could ask questions to my heart's content. She always kept us in the loop about the ongoing sale and when there was a bit of a snafu on the buyer's end, her calm demeanor and command of the situation allowed us to remain calm.
