We reached out to a few companies recommended by Dave Ramsey and were most impressed with the responsiveness and expertise of The Davenport Group. The whole team seems to genuinely enjoy their job and truly care about the needs of their clients. The organization of the different aspects of the home buying process made the experience fun and stress-free. I recommend this group to anyone wanting to buy. It was our 3rd time purchasing a home and by far the easiest. I don't have experience selling with them but I'm sure they would excel from that perspective as well.

We cannot recommend Xo enough! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. She really takes the time to listen and understand exactly what you're looking for in a home. It took us a while to find the perfect house, so we spent quite a bit of time with Xo. She listened intently as we went through home after home & really knew what we were looking for. Xo is also very patient & understanding. It took us 6 months and tons of showings to find our house. I was beginning to feel like it would never happen, but Xo remained confident and positive! Her knowledge and insight are definitely an asset! If you're looking for a great agent, look no more because you've found her!

Si estas pensando en comprar casa te ago una recomendacion trabaja con esta chica xochilt Villalobos yo quede encantada con ella es super profesional te explica todo pero todo desde un principio asta el final todo lo ace claro no ay sorpresas asta que tu lo entiendes y sobre todo tiene mucha mucha paciencia esta disponible siempre para cualquier duda yo mire como 10 casas y ella muy tranquila no te preocupes. Yo te yevo aver todas las que tu quieras ella se preocupa porque quedes contenta y con la casa que tu desees tratala creanme que no se van arrepentir.
