Michelle made the process of finding a home so easy and enjoyable. Michelles communication skills distinguish her from most other real estate professionals. She was very responsive when I had questions and checked in regularly to ensure everything went as planned. She knows the Kansas City area very well and can guide you to the perfect neighborhood.

Veronica has help me on two occasions, selling my mother in law's house (2021) and purchasing my own house (2023). Both were two very different markets. In both instances Veronica's knowledge and and experience proved invaluable, allowing us to navigate the struggles of each market to where we felt we came out more favorable in each transaction. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with, while also knowing when the right time be aggressive and assertive. I would highly recommend her for you for your real estate needs.

I previously wrote a positive review for Dan as he is a nice person very responsive and patient, but some time forward am very disappointed as we are facing a problem that will cost us 20,000$ plus to fix and could have been prevented during the selling process. During the inspection the pool of the house we bought didn't get inspected as it was winter, and Dan reassured us that if anything wrong with the pool the owners will fix it as per contract later after the pool got opened the liner was broken and after consulting with multiple lawyers no one could help us as it is a complicated process. We cant even find the address of the previous owner. The pool should have been opened and inspected before we buy the house now we have to fix something we didn't damage and will cost us a minimum of 20,000$ as first-time home buyers we learned a really expensive lesson, but Dan should have guided us more wisely and should have advised us to open and inspect the pool before we buy the house and not leave it for later.
