On the selling side, Bryan and his team did a fantastic job of marketing our home. Helped us get it staged, took all the photos and had our house under contract in 3 weeks (during the winter, over Christmas and New Years). They provided us with all of the feedback from all of the showings and kept us in the loop every step of the way. The Huff Group is high tech, they market well, they text and email you constantly to make sure everything stays on tracks and they are always available to answer any questions or provide suggestions. ZillowVERIFIED We recently worked with the Huff Group and they exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Bryan had a stager come to help us correctly stage our home. In addition, Bryan suggested we make several cosmetic changes to the home and he also provided us with referrals to quality contractors who were able to do the work on or under budget and with the highest quality. During this process, Bryan kept us advised of market events that ultimately pushed us to list our home 6 weeks earlier than we had planned on but as a result, we sold in less than one day and for over offer with a buyer that the Huff Group was working with. On the buy side, the Huff Group exceeded our expectations. Bev Huff was an absolute joy to work with and she found us our dream home which we didn't believe would be possible... This has been by far the best experience we've ever had on either side of a real estate transaction and should we ever be in the market to buy or sell in the future, we will definitely be returning to the Huff Group.
